A total of 110 clients received vital government services during the Yakap Caravan held on November 27, 2025, at the Unidad Community Training Center. The activity was spearheaded by the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Cagwait under the leadership of Mayor Glenn G. Batiancila, REE, as part of the municipality’s ongoing efforts to make public services more accessible to community members.

The event was organized through the Municipal Health Office (MHO) headed by Dr. Sherwin F. Mantilla, in strong partnership with the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), PhilHealth Tandag Office, and the Barangay Unidad Development Council.

During the outreach activity, residents availed of medical consultations, PhilHealth registration and membership updating, and the issuance of certificates of indigency, ensuring that families- especially those from vulnerable sectors- could access much-needed assistance and health-related support.
