
The LGU of Cagwait held a short yet meaningful program right after today’s Monday flag ceremony to celebrate a proud milestone, our PRIME-HRM Level 2 Learning and Development recognition.
The LGU of Cagwait has been recognized in all four HR core areas of PRIME-HRM: 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (RSP), 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (PM), 𝗥𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (R&R), and now the 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, a testament to our continued commitment to strengthening human resource systems.
This achievement was witnessed by 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲 𝗖. 𝗧𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗼, 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗢. 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗴𝗼𝗻, 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, and 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀. We were also honored by the presence of our special guests from the Civil Service Commission: 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗕. 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗴 – Director II and 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗭𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗕. 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 – Supervising Human Resource Specialist.

This recognition reflects the dedication of the Human Resource Management Office, headed by 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗙𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗟. 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗼, together with the collective efforts of all LGU employees who continuously strive for excellence.
Following the awarding, the Municipal Tourism Office hosted the Monday Reporting. The celebration also included the distribution of birthday cupcakes for our December celebrants, courtesy of Cagwait Municipal Employees Association (CMEA).
